Project Summary

Installation Details
The 75-inch TV was mounted on the workout room drywall wall using a heavy-duty full motion bracket secured into two wall studs. The TV was positioned at standing/treadmill viewing height and centered on the wall for optimal sightline from the cardio equipment and floor workout area. A new recessed outlet was installed directly behind the TV using an old-work box, providing dedicated power with the plug fully hidden. The articulating arm allows the screen to swivel toward the treadmill or pull out for floor workouts.
Professional Techniques Used
Stud detection confirmed two solid studs behind the drywall at the chosen mount location. Heavy-duty lag bolts anchored the full motion bracket through both studs to safely support the 75-inch TV through full extension and swivel range. A recessed media outlet box was installed behind the TV with code-compliant Romex pulled from the existing garage circuit, providing dedicated power with the plug completely hidden. The TV was leveled and the articulation tested through full range of motion.
