Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of The TV Mount Men LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
The TV Mount Men LLC provides professional TV mounting and installation services, including but not limited to:
- TV mounting on various surfaces (drywall, brick, stone, fireplace, tile)
- Soundbar and speaker installation
- Wire concealment and cable management
- Outlet installation
- Smart TV setup and configuration
- Other related audio-visual installation services
Booking and Scheduling
Appointments: All service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access: You agree to provide clear access to the installation area and ensure someone over 18 years of age is present during the service.
Pricing and Payment
Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, unforeseen complications, or additional services requested.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
Additional Charges: Additional fees may apply for services beyond the original scope, including but not limited to: complex installations, special materials, or extended service time.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the installation location and requirements
- Ensuring the TV and mounting equipment are available at the time of installation
- Notifying us of any special wall conditions (hollow walls, metal studs, etc.)
- Moving furniture or clearing the installation area as needed
- Providing electrical power access if required
- Disclosing any known issues with your walls or electrical systems
Warranty and Guarantee
Service Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. If any issue arises due to our installation work within this period, we will repair it at no additional charge.
Equipment: We are not responsible for defects in customer-provided TVs, mounts, or equipment. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment.
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by: Acts of nature, accidents, misuse, modifications by others, or failure to follow care instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The TV Mount Men LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We carry general liability insurance and are not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, paint, or structures that was not visible or disclosed prior to installation.
Safety and Compliance
All installations are performed in accordance with industry best practices and local building codes. However, we are not responsible for ensuring compliance with HOA rules, rental agreements, or other third-party restrictions. It is your responsibility to obtain necessary permissions before scheduling services.
Property Damage
While we take great care during installations, minor cosmetic touch-ups (such as paint touch-ups around brackets) may be necessary and are the responsibility of the customer. We will inform you of any significant damage that occurs during installation and work with you to resolve it fairly.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The TV Mount Men LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally.
Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The TV Mount Men LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in via our forms, you consent to receive text messages from The TV Mount Men LLC at (678) 870-8890 regarding appointment reminders, quote updates, service updates, and customer support.
Message Frequency: 1–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message.
