75-Inch Frame TV Pro Above a Marble Fireplace in Marietta, GA

A Marietta, GA homeowner had a new 75-inch Samsung Frame TV Pro to install in their vaulted living room, centered on the wall above a traditional green marble fireplace with a painted wood mantel. The Frame is meant to look like framed artwork, so the panel had to sit flat to the drywall with nothing visible around it and no cabling crossing the mantel or the marble.

The 75-inch Frame Pro was centered over the mantel on a No-Gap style flush mount so the bezel sits tight to the wall and reads as a piece of art in Art Mode. Mount height was set as low as the mantel projection allowed rather than following the tall vaulted wall, so the screen stays at a comfortable seated sightline from the sectional. Power and the Frame Pro's connection were handled behind the panel and dropped inside the wall cavity, so nothing hangs down the green wall and the marble surround was never drilled.

The wall above a firebox needs both structure and heat clearance, so we located the studs behind the drywall, confirmed clearance above the mantel shelf per the fireplace's requirements, and lag-bolted the bracket into full stud body rather than relying on drywall anchors for a 75-inch panel. The wall was scanned for wiring and pipes before drilling, low-voltage runs were fished through the bay to a recessed plate below, and the plate was shimmed and laser-leveled to the mantel line so the frame reads square to the millwork rather than to the sloping vaulted ceiling. The panel was seated, load-tested and left running in Art Mode with the picture calibrated for the room's daylight.

The Marietta living room now has a 75-inch Frame Pro hanging flush above the marble fireplace like a framed canvas — no gap, no visible cords, and no holes in the marble or the mantel. The screen sits at the right height for the seating instead of craned up the vaulted wall, and the installation is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty.
