Installation Details
The 65-inch Samsung Frame TV was flush-mounted on the painted white brick fireplace using the Samsung No-Gap wall mount. Tapcon masonry anchors were drilled into the brick to provide rock-solid support for the TV. The One Connect Box cable was routed through the interior of the brick fireplace chimney chase, entering behind the TV and exiting at a concealed location below the mantel where the One Connect Box is hidden. All power and HDMI connections were run through the fireplace structure to eliminate any visible wiring.
Professional Techniques Used
A masonry drill with carbide-tipped bits was used to bore precise holes through the painted brick for the Tapcon anchors and cable pass-throughs. The Samsung No-Gap mount was laser-leveled and secured with heavy-duty masonry anchors rated for the TV's weight. The One Connect cable was carefully routed through the fireplace chase, using flexible conduit to protect the cable from heat and abrasion. A custom entry point was created behind the TV and a discreet exit point below the mantel for the One Connect Box, ensuring the cable path was completely invisible from the living area.
