Two 65-Inch MantelMount MM540 TV Installations on Brick Fireplaces in Decatur, GA

This Decatur, GA installation brought matching pull-down TV setups to two separate porch spaces. We installed one 65-inch TV on a brick fireplace on the back porch and a second 65-inch TV on a brick fireplace on the basement porch. Both televisions use customer-provided MantelMount MM540 mounts.

The project covered two televisions and two brick-fireplace locations in one job. The back porch received its own 65-inch screen and MM540 mount; the basement porch received the same TV-size and mount-model combination. Keeping both installations together in this case study makes the scope clear without treating them as separate projects.

Each television uses a MantelMount MM540 pull-down mount rather than a fixed bracket. The pull-down configuration lets the screen move from its above-fireplace position toward a lower viewing position. For a similar installation, fireplace layout, available space and the mount manufacturer's requirements should be reviewed for each location individually; matching screen sizes do not make two fireplace settings identical.

The two porch spaces now each have a 65-inch television with a pull-down mounting configuration. Using the same MM540 model gives the customer a consistent mount choice across both areas while retaining separate viewing spaces.
