What's NOT Covered by Warranty
To maintain transparency, here's what the warranty doesn't cover:
- ✗Physical damage: Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, or misuse of equipment
- ✗Acts of nature: Damage from earthquakes, floods, lightning, or severe weather
- ✗TV defects: Manufacturing defects in the TV itself (covered by manufacturer warranty)
- ✗Modifications: Changes made to the installation by anyone other than The TV Mount Men
- ✗Wall damage: Pre-existing wall issues, drywall settling, or structural problems not caused by installation
