Installation Details
The 50-inch Samsung Frame TV was flush-mounted on the drywall above the fireplace using Samsung's No-Gap wall mount to achieve the signature picture-frame appearance. A concealment box was installed behind the TV to house the One Connect Box and all cable connections out of sight. The soundbar was bracket-mounted below the TV above the mantel, aligned to the TV's center axis. All power, HDMI, and One Connect cables were routed through the wall cavity to deliver a completely wire-free finish. The TV was positioned centered above the white painted mantel with proper heat clearance from the brick fireplace opening.
Professional Techniques Used
Precision stud detection located two solid wood studs behind the drywall above the fireplace. The No-Gap mount was laser-leveled and secured with lag bolts into both studs. A recessed concealment box was cut into the drywall behind the TV to house the Samsung One Connect Box, keeping all connections hidden while maintaining ventilation. All cabling — power, HDMI, and the proprietary One Connect cable — was routed through the wall cavity per NEC code. The soundbar was bracket-mounted with its own concealed wiring path. Safe heat clearance from the brick fireplace opening was verified before finalizing the mounting position.
